7-Day Morning Reset Tracker
A simple system to stop starting your day reactively.
How This Works
This is a 7-day experiment where each morning takes 10 minutes and the goal is to build awareness, not achieve perfection.
To Dos:
Complete the 10-minute checklist
Score yourself: Reactive or Intentional?
Choose ONE Must-Do for the day
Repeat for 7 days
Your 10-Minute Reset
For the next 7 days, you are running a simple experiment.
Each morning:
Do not touch your phone.
Complete the checklist below.
Choose one Must-Do.
Decide how you want to show up today.
You are not trying to become a new person. You are practicing becoming intentional.
Your Checklist:
☐ No scrolling on phone for the first 10 minutes
☐ 3 deep breaths before moving
☐ Drink water
☐ Choose 1 task to complete today
☐ Set the intention for today
Complete this every morning for 7 days.
Day 1 - 7: Tracking
#1: Being Reactive vs Intentional
After completing your morning checklist, pause and reflect: were you more reactional or intentional throughout the day?
Reactive = rushed, distracted, scattered
Intentional = grounded, clear, directed
Don’t overthink it. Go with your first instinct.
#2: Today’s One Must-Do
Choose ONE task that, if completed, would make today feel successful.
It should be specific, actionable, and within your control. If everything feels urgent, choose the task that moves your life forward, not just maintains it. Write it below.
#3: Evening Reflection (1–2 minutes)
At the end of the day, return to this page and reflect on the following:
Did you complete your Must-Do?
What influenced your score today?
What pulled you toward reactive or intentional?
Keep this short. One or two sentences is enough.
